We are happy to announce that the Chatbot and AI Conference is coming this November 3rd to 5th online!
… And we have some exciting news!
We are now Certifying two types of workshops, one for NLP and the other for Conversational Design! By the end of the conference, you will have all of the skills to design and develop a revenue generating bot!
And there is one more thing…. since the event is a few months away, we want to help you hit the ground running, so we have added an on-demand section that will help you get started today.

Part 1: On Demand Videos
Even before our event begins, we work with our speakers to create content for you! Some of the speakers create presentations, others we meet and have a 1×1 interview with.
The goal is to give you a great foundation so you can get the most out of our Live Q&A sessions.
Part 2: Live Q&A | November 3rd, 2020
On November 3rd, from 10am to 3pm, we will have our LIVE Q&A Session. Each speaker will come online for about 30 minutes. This is the ideal opportunity to meet them, ask them questions and network.
Networking: Some of our speakers can be available in private 1×1 video sessions after their talk.

The Goal of Day One and the On Demand Section is to give you an overall understanding of the Bot Ecosystem, to discover the best business application that are producing an ROI, and to gain insight on how this space is evolving.
We aim to answer the most pressing questions such as ‘what use cases have the biggest ROI’, ‘what is the best way to implement x use case’, ‘what are the most common pitfalls and mistakes’ and many more.
Additionally, we will do a number of Deep Dives. This is where we spend at least 1hr diving deeply into a topic such as Voice, NLP, Customer Service, etc.
Our AI deep dive will be featuring keynote from Alex Weidauer, founder & CEO of Rasa. He will discuss the 5 stages of the AI/NLP and where we are currently and where the technology is headed.
Additionally, we will have deep dives in Voice, Customer Service, Marketing/Sales, UX and Conversational Design.
By the end of day one, you will have a greater overall understanding of where we are in the tech cycle , what use cases are most effective, how to leverage what is currently working and bring it into the world and insight of what is next!
Get Certificated in NLP & Conversational Design
On days two and three, we will take all of our insights and discoveries from day one and you will build a customer journey chatbot.
1) Conversational Design Certification: In this workshop, you will learn how to design a great chatbot. You learn about copy writing, user research, UX design and how to use data and analytics to improve your chatbot or virtual assistant.
2) Dialogflow Certification: In this workshop, you will learn how to build a bot using Dailogflow. You will learn about intent classification, entity extraction, dialogue management, and you’ll learn how to make your bot conversational using NLP!
After completing the workshops, you will be able to build a high quality chatbot or virtual assistant using an NLP platform, like Dialogflow!
By the end of the workshop, you will have a chatbot that can help your company generate more leads and even answer a few of the most commonly asked questions.
Lastly, students who take the workshop, will earn a Certification in Dailogflow and/or a Certification in Conversational Design.
